Dr. Salvador Cerón

Doctor in Sciences from ULSA, Master in Business Management and Graduate in Economics from ITAM.

President of the CERON&CO advisory group, where he advises Business Families in their governance, institutionalization and succession processes.

He has a track record of more than 30 years in business management, corporate governance and organizational management, characterized by his person-centered approach. Independent director of relevant companies in all sectors of national economic activity.

Author of several books and publications on economics, management, leadership, strategy, business governance, ethics, organizational development and family business; professor at universities and business schools.

Salvador Cerón

JOB TITLE

Economist, Master in Administration with specialization studies at ITAM and IE Business School. He is currently pursuing a doctorate at IE Business School focusing on the development of Family Business Groups.

Associate consultant of CERON&CO in projects to professionalize the management of family businesses, in which he supports decision making, alignment and organizational change.

He is a certified advisor in family and wealth consulting by the Family Firm Institute. He has been a consultant for international firms such as Ernst & Young and BTS. Professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana and IE Business School.

 

He has published and given conferences and workshops in Mexico, Spain, Peru, Chile and Argentina.

Juan Pablo Cerón

JOB TITLE

Business Administrator, Master in Marketing with specialization studies at NYU, MIT, HARVARD and is a certified advisor in family and wealth consulting by the Family Firm Institute.

Associate consultant of CERON&CO in Family Business governance projects, always taking a person-centred approach. Director of CITEF, an education platform oriented to the promotion and transformation of managers and companies in alliance with experts and various schools of business.

He has collaborated with national and international consumer companies, taking  a commercially-focused approach. He has published and collaborated in the research, development and publication of technical notes and case studies; and given conferences and workshops in Mexico, Spain and the United States.

Maria Jose Cerón

Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and Master in Administration from IE Business School in Madrid with Magna Cum Laude recognition.

Associate consultant of CERON&CO in governance projects for Business Families, where she supports families in developing their wealth strategy, succession and continuity plans for their next generations.

She is certified in “Family Wealth Advising” and “Family Business Advising” by the Family Firm Institute.

Alvaro Cerón

JOB TITLE

Graduate in Marketing from the Anáhuac University and Master in Digital Business from ESDEN Business School in Madrid. Associate Consultant at CERON & CO in governance projects of business families. He has worked in consumer companies and the health sector, taking  a commercially-focused approach.

 

Director of The Family Business Society at CERON & CO, a platform that encourages strengthening and preserving the entrepreneurial spirit of family businesses as pillars of economic development, engines for job creation and value creation levers. He has diplomas in “Business Management” from the IE Business School, “Challenges and dynamics of Family Businesses” from IPADE and is certified in “Family Business Advising” and “Family Wealth Advising” from the Family Firm Institute in the USA.

Dr. Emilio González

JOB TITLE

Industrial Engineer from La Salle University, Master in Business Management from IPADE, Graduate in Philosophy from UP, Master in Administration from UVM and Doctor in Education from Universidad del Sur. Director in various organizations, professor and editor of books and popular articles.

 

Consultant for companies in different areas of the country, taking  a financial and commercially-focused approach with extensive specific experience in rescuing companies in crisis.

Phoebe Clark

JOB TITLE

Phoebe has worked internationally in the family business consulting sector for over 6 years.

 

In London he worked with leading consulting firm Peter Leach & Partners advising large and small business families throughout Europe and the Middle East on issues such as business management, family governance, succession planning, and conflict resolution.

 

In Austin, TX, USA she joined a successful wealth management firm Price Wealth Management, serving as the point of contact between family clients and their wealth needs.

 

Now based in Mexico City, Phoebe joined CERON & CO where she is part of The Family Business Society team, contributing to the professionalization and institutionalization of business families.
